Better known as Kopertje, Vitochi, or Capreis, he was born on December 16, 1927.
Victor participated in sports such as soccer, baseball, surfing, fishing, table tennis, wrestling, weightlifting, and bodybuilding. In 1953, Vitochi founded the Curaçaose Gewichtheffers Bond and later the Nederlandse Antilliaanse Gewichtheffers Bond. In weightlifting, Victor held various roles, including scout, coach, vice president, head of delegation, and international referee at events such as:

In bodybuilding, Vitochi founded both the Netherlands Antilles Body Building Association and the Curaçao Body-building Association in 1965. In 1974, the Netherlands Antilles Body Building Association affiliated with the International Body Building Federation in Verona, Italy, and Victor was chosen as the vice president for Central America and the Caribbean. As vice president, he represented the region at various congresses and World Championships, including:

1982 Brugge in Belgium,
1984 Las Vegas in the USA.
In 1972, on Copra’s initiative, the Central American & Caribbean Bodybuilding Federation was established. Victor Copra served as vice-president, president, and treasurer of this federation.

Mr. Copra also served as the secretary of the Curacaose Softball Bond and a member of N.A.O.C. He was the treasurer of Stichting Sportterrein Brievengat-Sentro Deportivo Korsou from 1977 to 1994.
